Decision Lab

Use the site. Take something away.

The Decision Lab brings together tools that give you a concrete reading of your situation, with no confidential data and no sign-up. It is the first step of the decision cycle.

Transformation map. A five-minute reading of how your business handles strategy, processes, data and people. Answer based on how things work today, not how they should. No confidential information or company name needed. Your answers stay in this session unless you ask for the full report.

What you get

A profile across four dimensions

Strategy, processes, data and people, each with a maturity level.

Priorities checked against reality

The hundred-points game compares where you would invest with where you are most fragile.

Concrete first moves

Actions to discuss with your team, tied to the weakest dimension.

An executive brief

Print it or save it as PDF straight away. The full report, with commentary, is emailed if you ask for it.

How to read the result

How is the score calculated?

Each answer maps to a level from 1 to 4. A dimension's score is the average of its answers. The rules are fixed and the same for everyone; artificial intelligence, when active, chooses the order of questions and writes the commentary, but never changes the scores.

What do the levels mean?

To be built, in motion, structured, strategic lever: they describe how well a dimension is governed today, not what the business is worth.

What it is not

It is not a diagnosis, it does not estimate financial returns and it does not replace work on the ground. Eight questions cannot see everything. It is a starting point for a conversation.

What if I answer "I couldn't say"?

It is recorded as information, not as an error. Many "I couldn't say" answers suggest data is not reaching decision-makers, and the profile says so.

What happens to my data?

Your answers stay in your browser tab unless you ask for the report by email. In that case I store them, with your consent, so I can reply.
