Strategy, processes, data and people. Value comes from the connections.

Strategy, technology and organisation in service of the business.

I work as an independent advisor alongside Management: helping set priorities, assess investments and govern transformations, connecting vision with delivery. I know architectures, data and integration first-hand, which lets me judge the practical implications of each choice. The starting point is always the business problem.

For many years I have worked with service companies, especially in IT and software, and with the service side of businesses, manufacturing ones included. I also know industry well, where planning, operations and management have to work together.

When to bring me in

Some situations where an independent advisor makes a difference.

  • Demand for digital projects exceeds budget and capacity, and you need a way to choose.
  • Sales, delivery, billing and support run on systems that don't talk to each other, and work drifts into spreadsheets.
  • AI is on the agenda, but there is no way to judge where it makes sense.
  • A transformation programme is under way, but timelines and suppliers are slipping.
  • Before signing off a major investment, you want a view that doesn't depend on who is selling it.

Decision Lab

Transformation map

A five-minute reading of how your business handles strategy, processes, data and people. Answer based on how things work today, not how they should.

No confidential information or company name needed. Your answers stay in this session unless you ask for the full report.

A question about my work?

The assistant answers questions about my profile, services and method, and can help you prepare a summary for a first contact. It is an AI assistant and does not speak for me: for anything it doesn't know, it points you to me.
