I began my career writing software. That is where my drive to build businesses came from: I founded and ran a software development company in Italy and a business specialising in IT security solutions in the United States.

Those experiences taught me to see technology not only as a tool, but also from the point of view of someone who has to run a company, answer for results, build relationships with clients and lead people.

Today I work with business owners and Management teams as a consultant and advisor, helping them turn the opportunities technology offers into strategic choices and concrete results.

I work on digital transformation, information systems integration, making the most of data and analytics, with a growing focus on applying artificial intelligence to business processes.

Over the years I have built solid experience in service companies, particularly in IT and software, and have progressively extended my work to manufacturing businesses as well.

This has given me first-hand knowledge of the processes that make a business run and the systems that support them: from sales management to service delivery, from operational planning to administration, through to the analysis of information that supports decisions.

My approach brings together technological expertise, entrepreneurial experience and an organisational perspective.

I believe the value of technology lies not in its complexity, but in its ability to make businesses more efficient, more aware and ready to evolve.

I live and work mainly in Italy, alongside businesses that want to grow through well-informed technology choices.
